PEI On-Site Service:
Most systems sold by Profile East come with 30 days of free on-site service. If we cannot fix your problem through phone support, PEI technicians will come to your site at no charge during your system's "break-in" period to trouble shoot the matter. Every effort will be made to get you back up and running as quickly as is physically possible. After the 30-day "break-in" period, on-site visits by PEI technicians are billed per hour. Reduced rates for on-site service, extended support and training are available to subscribers of our Front Line Support Plan.
On-Site support is not provided to systems delivered outside of the South Eastern United States.
NOTE:
Any damage caused by user abuse or mishandling will not be covered under this policy and parts plus labor charges will apply in those situations. System hardware and software components are covered by their respective manufacturer’s warranties, many of which offer a variety of extended or express service plans that can be purchased along with the system.
