Manufacturer's return policies do differ however, PEI will make every reasonable effort to ensure you're completely satisfied.

Once you receive your order, please check it immediately to ensure it did not suffer any physical damage in transit and is in working order. If damage has occurred, this must be reported to PEI within 72 hours upon date of delivery in order to file a claim. If a claim is necessary, please send us an email to returns@peitech.com with your order or invoice number, part number, product name and a brief description of the problem or call 800-634-9144 opt 2. A claim will be filed upon receipt and, in most cases an immediate replacement will ship upon receipt of damaged product.

For all other returns an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) must be requested within 7 days of delivery date. Complete shipping instructions will be provided with approval and RMA number. All product(s) must be shipped back to us complete in their original condition for a 100% refund: including original manufacturer's packaging, with all accessories including literature and warranty materials, wrapped in the same condition as when it was sold. For items that have been opened a restocking fee of 25% will be incurred. Complete shipping instructions will be provided with approval and RMA number once approved.
